No. International airfare is not included. Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Kenya.Confirmed attendees will receive recommended arrival and departure windows to assist with their travel planning.

Single occupancy provides you with your own hotel room.Double occupancy means two attendees will share a hotel room and provides access to a lower registration rate.Additional information regarding roommate selection and matching will be provided during registration.

Yes. Registered DCRE Global Delegates may add a spouse, partner, family member or guest through the DCRE Global Companion Experience for $1,250.The Companion Experience includes shared accommodations in the registered Delegate’s hotel room, the welcome reception, select social events and meals, cultural experiences and excursions, and transportation for designated Companion activities.The Companion Experience does not include access to conference sessions, keynotes, panels, government or investment briefings, Deal Rooms, B2B meetings, professional networking sessions or other Delegate-only business programming.The Companion Experience is available exclusively as an add-on to a confirmed Delegate registration and cannot be purchased separately.Delegates bringing a Companion should select Double Occupancy when registering. Yes. Flexible payment options will be available. A $500 nonrefundable deposit is all you need to secure your spot and lock in your current registration rate.After your deposit is submitted, you may pay the remaining balance in full or select an available payment plan. All registration balances must be paid in full by the applicable payment deadline.Your registration is not confirmed until the $500 deposit has been received. All deposits and registration payments are nonrefundable. For later registrants the deposit amount will be $1,000 and up.

Yes. Companies and organizations may pay registration fees on behalf of employees or representatives.Organizations may also send multiple attendees. Corporate participation and sponsorship opportunities will be available for companies seeking a larger presence at DCRE Global.

Yes. Creating meaningful connections is a central part of DCRE Global.The program is expected to bring together investors, developers, financial institutions, entrepreneurs, executives and other business leaders through delegation programming, networking, deal rooms and curated engagement opportunities.Participation does not guarantee funding, investment or a specific business connection.

Yes, we  are engaging relevant government, trade, investment and economic development stakeholders as part of the DCRE Global experience.Confirmed participating officials and organizations will be announced as the program develops.

We anticipate incorporating select site visits and experiences that allow attendees to better understand Nairobi’s real estate, development, business and investment landscape.We also expect to offer cultural and social experiences that provide an opportunity to experience Kenya beyond the conference room.Specific activities will be announced as the program is finalized.

Yes. All DCRE Global attendees are required to stay at the official conference hotel during the designated conference dates.Hotel accommodations are included as part of your registration and are an integral part of the DCRE Global experience. Delegation activities, transportation, networking opportunities and other programming may take place at or depart from the official hotel.Staying together also allows us to provide a more seamless, connected and coordinated experience for all attendees.If you require an accommodation due to special circumstances, please contact the DCRE Global team prior to registration.

Yes. Most international attendees, including U.S. travelers, will need an approved Kenya Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before traveling to Kenya.The eTA has replaced Kenya’s traditional visa requirement for most travelers and must be approved before departure. International attendees traveling to Nairobi will generally fly into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO).A detailed travel guide, including recommended arrival and departure windows and transportation information, will be provided to confirmed attendees.

Transportation for designated official conference activities will be identified in the final program.Attendees will generally be responsible for their own transportation, transport associated with personal activities, and activities outside the official DCRE Global schedule.

All DCRE Global registration payments, including deposits, installment payments and payments made in full, are nonrefundable.Because DCRE Global requires advance commitments for hotel accommodations, programming, transportation, vendors and other conference expenses, we are unable to provide refunds if an attendee is unable to participate for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances, work obligations, flight disruptions or other travel-related issues.Registration Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible attendee up to 60 days before the conference, subject to DCRE Global approval and any applicable hotel or administrative fees. Delegates are official participants in DCRE Global’s professional and business programming. Delegate registration provides access to conference sessions, speakers, government and investment programming, Deal Rooms, business networking, professional site visits and other curated opportunities, in addition to the social and cultural experience.Companions participate in the experience surrounding the conference, including designated receptions, meals, cultural activities and social experiences, while sharing accommodations with their registered Delegate.If a guest would like access to the professional conference programming, they must register separately as a Delegate at the applicable registration rate.

Yes. Both guest options assume that the guest will share the registered delegate’s hotel room.If a guest requires a separate hotel room, additional accommodation charges will apply.

Conference access may be added to a companion registration, subject to availability and payment of the applicable upgrade fee.Because certain programs may have capacity limitations, we encourage delegates to register participating guests as early as possible.

Conference programming is reserved for registered Delegates and Participating Guests. A Non-Participating Guest / Companion registration does not provide access to individual conference sessions unless otherwise expressly permitted by DCRE Global.

DCRE Global is a professional business conference focused on real estate, investment, trade, economic development and business opportunities. Attendees may be able to treat their conference registration, airfare and certain related travel costs as business expenses when participation is connected to their business, profession or organization.DCRE Global will provide attendees with registration receipts and documentation confirming their participation in the conference.Because the treatment of business and travel expenses depends on each attendee’s individual circumstances, attendees should consult with their accountant or tax professional regarding how to properly classify and report their expenses.

Yes. Attendees are welcome to participate for only a portion of DCRE Global if their schedule does not allow them to attend the entire experience. However, all attendees are required to pay the full applicable registration fee, regardless of the number of days they attend.DCRE Global registration is offered as a comprehensive experience that includes hotel accommodations, conference programming, networking, designated meals, activities and other experiences arranged in advance for each attendee. We are therefore unable to offer prorated, partial-week or single-day registration rates.Attendees arriving late or departing early will remain responsible for the full applicable registration fee, and unused hotel nights, programming, meals or activities are nonrefundable and cannot be credited toward another registration.

Yes. Delegates are welcome to arrive early or extend their stay after the official program. For international travelers, we encourage arriving at least one day early to allow time to rest and adjust before the program begins.Registration includes hotel accommodations only for the designated program dates. If you would like to add additional nights, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with our hotel partner to secure the best available group rate. Additional nights are at the delegate’s own expense and subject to hotel availability.
